Friday, Day 3...we get to go home!

Here are some pictures from Friday, Nov. 7th...the day we got to go home from the hospital!

I know this is a huge bonnet but it was very sentimental.  Ella wore the outfit (dress, bloomers, bonnet and blanket) that I wore 31 years earlier when I came home from the hospital...

They were ready to go!

And so was I!

I know  am wearing the same outfit that I went into the hospital wearing a couple days earlier but don't worry, my momma washed it and brought it back.

This was the only picture that I got of the full outfit.  It was pretty big on her and my mom said that it was pretty big on me too.

And my dad, proud Poppa, finally got to meet our little Ella Bear!  He was sick when we had her and had started feeling better by Friday but still wanted to wear a mask just in case.
