These Moments

Today, at the first of the Fall Festivals at Ella's school.
Mrs. Kristin painted Ella's face for her!

Ella and Ava = sweet friends!

The first graders did the story of St. Michael during the Michaelmas Festival

Michaelmas is about preparing yourself for winter both mentally and physically.
The challenges of winter are symbolized by a dragon.
Saint Michael is able to slay the dragon, therefore ensuring survival.

Here's another great article explaining the Michaelmas Festival
a bit deeper.  http://waldorfpittsburgh.org/about-michaelmas/

My sweet babies!

Made my first pennant banner for Ella & Parker's
b-day parties!

Bath time pics!  quality stinks but they are just
too darn cute to not take pictures of!

Going backwards, last Wednesday, we went and had lunch
with Blake (Melissa's (owner of The Bake Shoppe & Cafe) sweet daughter)
at her school.  Melissa later told me that we absolutely made Blake's
YEAR by surprising her!

♥♥♥

Love how his little nose scrunches up when he smiles!

Parker caught coming through the doggie door at the Mahan's last weekend.

This is one of their favorite ways to ride!

Peanut gets the leftovers from Ella's sandwich. :-)

Going back to last Friday, we went to Alicia's Mexican Food Restaurant
for Chris' team (at school) get together.  I don't think we'll be going out to
dinner much anymore until the kiddos are a little older.  Or at least when
Parker gets little older.  It has been a little miserable going out to eat
with them lately because they (mainly Parker) cannot sit still for very long.

I don't blame them...they are just being kids but holy cow after going out to dinner
with them, I am exhausted!

This was before dinner...before the exhaustion!  lol

Have a great weekend and God Bless!
