Superbowl, Valentines and everything in between...

This year, Ella's teachers asked the
children to bring handmade (by the children)
Valentines for the whole class.
We love doing crafts at home anyways
so we were excited to get started.
These were Ella's handmade Valentines
in which she placed each button on the heart
I drew on felt with glitter glue.  I also wrote the E
for Ella but she put all the buttons on.
(Not sure why I couldn't get this picture to turn around. :-/)

Last week, while Ella was at school, Parker and I went to a
Mother's blessingway for
my friend Devin (Aidan and Ollie's momma from
Great Oak) who is about to add another boy to her mix.
This was my first "Mother's blessing" and it was quite nice
and peaceful!  There were several neat things done including
the henna on her belly and all of the hands of the girls there
including mine below.

Another day this week, Granny, Ella, Parker, Lucky, Sofie and I
went out to Aunt Doris' for her to use her high tech clippers
on the dogs to groom them.  Lucky looks like a little lion
and Sofie looks like a Chihuahua.  I'll have to let her little ears
and tail hair grow out so she looks like a maltese again. ;-).

While we were out there, we went over to the property
and Ella and Parker got their tracktor and horse fix.

This was Ella's serious face!

The horses were all about being right next to us.

And their pretty cows with the baby born on New Years!

Charlie horse was nibbling on Granny's shoulder.

This boy LOVES tracktors!

We went on a couple run/walks the week before last and
Parker fell asleep on one of them.

Parker's first shiner!  He and daddy were playing on the couch
and Parker dove over him and hit is eye on the hard part
of the couch.  Needless to say he was crying pretty hard!

He has started calling me "Momma" again (instead of Mommy).
I love hearing it!

When he goes peepee on the potty, he says, "I'm going diarrhea!"
and when he goes peepee outside he says, "it's like a sprinkler!"

Daddy was reading the tooth book by Dr. Seus the other night and
after seeing the part that said, "don't gobble junk like billy
billings...they say his teeth have 50 fillings." of course showing him eating
all kinds of cakes, sweets, etc., Parker says, "Don't eat SUGAR, BOY!"
Just like that and it was so funny!

Hope we aren't the only ones who have kids who love to get in the sprinkler
in the winter (it was 70 something degrees) but still...it would be freezing to me!

We went to Granny & Poppa's for Superbowl
and country pork ribs.

Got some sweet pics of Granny and the babies!

Our little Ella Bear right before school :-)

Our cool dude!

This stroller must have some magically sleepy dust because
they seems to go to sleep every time we go on a walk in it...
or maybe it's just the time of day we go...lol

Ella has been helping wash the dishes lately but  had to take the stool away
from the the kitchen sink because they both started playing in it more
than helping.

She's been helping more when it's time to clean up especially
when we get the call that we have a showing.

I overheard Ella say the other day to Parker, "Parker,
you wanna go get married?"  :-)

Doing a little finger painting.

Got myself some new jamberry nails!!!  Love them and how they make me feel pretty!  ;-)
These were just a couple of the sweet handmade Valentines
that Ella got from the other children at her school!

And she actually made/sewed the heart on the left!

We went to The Hook with Aunt Jojo this weekend
and Grandma, Pawpaw and Sofia met us there.

It was such a beautiful day and the kids had a blast playing!

LOVE!!!

Looking forward to another great week!!!

God Bless!
