Daddy's 36th birthday

We wanted to make Daddy's
birthday special so we started
off the day making him hand
knitted bracelets.
Ella's teachers have
taught her this 2 or 3 times
but she had not caught until

Daddy's birthday morning!

We had planned a picnic outside with balloons,
a picnic basket filled with Jason's deli, a blanket
and us but it looked like rain and was very windy.
So, we took our picnic inside Daddy's
school in the art room with his team.

After school, we went to see one of Daddy's
former student's run in a track meet but we just couldn't
spot her and never heard her name announced so after
about an hour and lots of playing,
we headed to Daddy's birthday dinner at Cheddars

When we got home, Grandma had a sweet birthday
cake for daddy which was a strawberry
ice cream cake that Daddy had asked for
when he was in college. He finally got it! :-)

Daddy felt special and that was the whole
point of the day so we did our job!

We love you daddy and are looking forward to
100 more years celebrating you!
