Catching up from the fall

Sometimes I get caught up in taking the pictures that I forget to actually upload them from my
phone and post here on our blog so here I am posting pictures way back from
August from cubby day at Great Oak School where the kids got to see their teachers,
find their cubby and play with their friends for a bit before school started the following week.

Ella loves to doodle and draw!

Pawpaw likes to draw and color with them too!

Here's Ella's heart on her cubby!

Peanut and I have a good ole time playing in Tomball while Ella is at school.
We got to the depot station, parks, cruising around Tomball looking for our next

piece of land or house ;-)

Ella had been asking daddy to take her on a special date...
just them two out to eat.  They went and had sushi and Parker and
I went to Fudruckers.

This we right after Ella oopened her eyes
In the morning...she hadn't quite woken up
Sleep fairies in her eyes...my little beauty.

daddy brought home a yoga DVD for kids so
Who better ro try it than our little yoga babies!

Bath time fun

fun at the park...climbing the monkey bars...kisses for mommy.

I started subbing at Great Oak in kindergarten.
Parker gets to come with me and we have so much fun!
I love subbing there and would love one day to get a position in early childhood the! Fingers crossed...
Prayers! Oh but this picture is from nap time and of course parlor wanted to sleep next to Ella and Ella wanted to show parker the ropes at her school.

one Tuesday we went to story time at
The children's museum of fine arts and the
Kids got to dress up like pilgrims making their own foods, getting their own water from the streams, etc.

Ah, my 36th birthday! Granny went with us to drop Ella off
And spend the day with us since it was my birthday.
She took us to Cisco's salsa co. For lunch and omg
It was fabulous! I had a yummy midday magarita
And dessert was so good. It was a soppapia cheesecake
With ice cream...awesome!

That night, grandma and pawpaw
Took us to the hook for dinner which was awesome
Too! Pawpaw and I enjoyed a couple margaritas
And then when we got home grandma surprised
Me with an almond delight from connie's
Custards which she had so thoughtfully gone during lunch time to get.
Paw paw got me some beautiful flowers too!

P for parker!

Chris also took me the next night to have sushi
By ourselves...date night!

This was from Avery's party.

Every year we do the AIM at Melanoma walk for our friends
Carla & Gonzalo who lost their 2 1/2 year old baby girl, Alessandra
to Melanoma cancer a couple years ago.

Parker loves loves loves babies and of course baby Vincent!

Ella is showing us that Parker just had
his blood work done and he was such a
big boy and didn't even cry!
His iron levels came up quite a bit!

Parker's favorite thing at the wooden park!

Michaelmas festival at Ella's school...

They got to make their own kites!

Parker loves Riley!

Fun with cousin Ethan!

We went to Brick house to watch the Texans game
and to celebrate my birthday!

Poppa making a face on the pumpkin and
the kids watching him in amazement!

more fun at the park!

Anjali's birthday party was so fun!
They got to paint fairy houses
and then we went on a nature walk
to collect stuff for the fairy's houses.

My little Peanut's birthday morning!

Aunt Jodi was showing them pictures at Grandma
Glenda's 75th birthday

Let the pumpkin carving begin!

One of the hats and scarves
I made for Parker

friends!

Ella draws the most beautiful
rainbows!

after the rain puddle stomping!

The church pumpkin patch that we have stopped
the last couple of years. They love playing
in the pumpkins!

Love my sweet girl's
drawings!

Ella got to hang out with Riley and
play dress up when we went over to Lindsay
and Zach's
for dinner.
Parker fell asleep on the way there and slept
through dinner and everything!

Peanut getting a haircut by daddy!

Ella was a beautiful geisha girl
and Parker was a train conductor for haloween
this year.

Eventhough Daddy has never seen duck dynasty,
Grandma brought home this costume for him to
wear while we took the kiddos trick or treating.
This was our first year to actually take them
around the neighborhood.  I've always dreaded
the massive amounts of candy they would come
home with and beg to eat but it wasn't too
bad.

Grandma got in on a little duck dynasty
action too!

Poppa's 60th birthday!  Had a great time at Tobins
and I think he enjoyed himself!

Ella bear birthday hugs!

My beautiful, sweet, talented, free spirited
little 5 year old!

Parker watching his favorite thing go by...
a train!

I am very proud to anounce
that I made the hats and
scarves my beautiful babies
are wearing!
I love knitting!

The Lantern walk at Great Oak...
best buddies, Ava and Ella
starting a new trend by wearing
their scarves as belts...lol

On the way home from the lantern walk
we stopped off at Jason's deli because they
saw a big fire truck there and that was how
they decided where to eat.
Just so happened that the firemen saw
their interest and amazement and
asked them to come aboard!
They were speechless!  lol
