Snow Day...well, freezing rain...

So school was cancelled today because of a wintery arctic blast
that came through last night.  This looks like water drops on the leaf
but it's frozen droplets!  The kids thought that was so cool along
witht the icicles hanging on everything!
So we got to stay home along with Daddy, Grandma and Pawpaw
and veg out all day!  In fact, I never got out of my pj's!

Ella worked on her very first
scarf on the loom knitter
that granny and poppa got her
for Christmas!
She said she is making this
for her sweet friend, Ava!
Makes me so proud!
We sat along side each other working
on knitting projects
and Ella said,
"I'm having fun with you
Momma, just sitting here knitting
together and talking"
Love her so much!

I also got to snuggle and cuddle with my baby boy while he napped today!
He took a late nap and was a bit grouchy when he woke up so he sat in my
lap and fell aslpeep on my chest for another 45 mins or so.
My hand and arm started to fall asleep too but I didn't want to move because
as he is getting a little older, he rarely wants to snuggle with me much :-(.
Mostly with Daddy which is fine but I'll take it when I can get it!
