NYC

At the end of May, Chris and I got to go to NYC for Chad and Hannah's wedding!
I had already been twice but Chris had never been.
We had a fantastic time, a short fantastic vacation from Friday
getting there at 4pm and finally to the hotel at 6pm and then leaving from NYC
Sunday at 6pm.

On the hour long, in rush hour traffic, taxi ride from the airport to the hotel in NYC.

We stayed at the Hilton Times Square where most guests of Hannah and Chad's stayed.
We got to our room and were completely surprised that Chad and Hannah had
upgraded our room to a suite!  It was beautiful, tons of room and had a great view of the NYC skyline!  

We really didn't know what to do with so much space…lol

Friday night when we got there, I took my sweet time in getting ready
and enjoyed the room!

The hotel was in Times Square which is constantly crowded…even at 2 in the morning!

Friday night, Chris, Therese, Bob and I started off at a little sports bar called Rudy's which
had a "backyard" which opened up at the top to apartments.

Saturday morning, I woke up early like I always do and was ready to go.  I went across the street
and met Therese to have brunch.

These crazies stopped me on the side of the street and begged me to be in a
picture with them and then asked for tips in the amount of $40 afterwards…lol
I said, ugh…I don't have that but here's $4! lol

Around lunch time, when Chris woke up, we went exploring on the streets of Times Square.
Chris had a delicious Gyro and we got the kiddos a little something.

Wasn't the best food but the company was all that mattered.

Although it was a whirlwind of a trip, it was awesome!
We had a great time with friends and a great time together!
