Race For the Cure Weekend!

It was a jammed packed but fun filled weekend for us starting with the race for the cure Saturday morning! Well, really Friday night because we took Jodi out to dinner at Chili's for her birthday but she hinted to me that I better not take any pictures which doesn't usually stop me but I didn't want to embarrass her either...LOL
This was the view from 45S going to park and the beginning of race for the cure.
The runners, joggers, walkers, etc. went farther than I could see into dowtown!

We saw my little Abigail on the walk...she was on the other side of Allen Park Way on the home stretch.

After the race, I went home, got ready for a day of shopping with Chris...but first we stopped by to visit our little Sofia at KK & Big Chris' house. She was laying on Ella Bear and giving her kisses. So sweet!

Chris and I ate at Berry Hill at Memorial City Mall which was so GOOD! and then went to a couple store to find me a shower dress but no luck. We were pooped and took a little break on these "FATBOYS" They were so comfy but really hard to get out of!

Then we stopped in Brookstone for a little massage...

After several hours of shopping and finding only 1 dress for my showers, Chris to me to Carraba's which is one of our favorite restaurants for my belated birthday dinner. They gave us a complimentary dessert of our choice and it was YUMMY!!!

Sunday, we met up with Tracy at Discovery Green Park downtown Houston for our maternity pictures...here's just one of many of my favorites in which I'll post in a couple weeks once I get them. She did a great job and I can't wait to share them!

I had a check-up yesterday and Dr. Pham said Ella Bear might be a big baby girl because my tummy is measuring 1 cm bigger than what week I am at. We go back next Wednesday for our diagnostic ultrasound and to see how much Ella weighs too! Can't wait to see her again through ultrasound!

This weekend will be lots of fun with my best friend Theresa's wedding festivities!!! Stay tuned for the pictures! Have a great week and God Bless!
