Ella meets Ethan!

Last weekend was, can you guess, a busy one LOL. Saturday, we headed over to Blake & Leah's to introduce Ella Bear to her new cousin Ethan for the first time. Aunt Doris & Aunt Darla were there too visiting Ethan for the first time as well.
Little Ethan snoozing
Granny, Aunt Doris & Aunt Darla completely in love and having the times of their lives with their grandbabies (Charlie & Avery not shown)
Poppa with his grandbabies.
Granny with her grandbabies.
Ella was checking Ethan out. I still can't believe that Ella was almost 2 lbs. smaller than Ethan! He is so tiny!

Sunday evening Ella and I met up with all my girls at Freebirds for dinner because Aunt Pia came to town and will be moving back here to Houston in the next couple weeks.
Aunt Becca Boo with Ella Bear. She held Ella while I ate.
Aunt Nesie & Ella Bear.
Ella Bear meeting Aunt P for the first time! She is so glad that her Aunt P will get to be in the same city as her so that she can visit more often and see her grow!
She warned me that she would be giving her lots of kisses!!! Ella loves kisses!
Aunt Nesie rocked her right to sleep.
Chris wore the balboa baby sling for the first time last night. Ella has taken a nap in it on me the last two nights. I think she really likes it!

This weekend we have Sofia's 4 year old birthday party and Orri's first birthday party on Saturday. Then Sunday evening we are going to see one of Chris' friend's from high school (Travis Taylor) in a performance/worship service at Faith Assembly of God Church. He lives in California and has a new CD out...he is really awesome! If anyone would like to go it's at 6pm on Sunday night and you can find out all the details and the locations of the church by clicking on Faith Assembly of God above. This is an excerpt from his blog.
“I am a worship leader at heart, so I write songs for the worship arena,” Travis says. “But I also write songs about my wife; songs about my kids; songs that are just about everyday life. Of course there is an element of faith that runs throughout these songs, even when I’m not singing specifically about God. I think good music is good music and I don’t think people will be confused by hearing a love song next to a worship song on an album, as long as both are great songs.”

Hope you have a wonderful weekend and God Bless!
