Momma Lowry has been hording pics...

The reason for the title will be explained later in this post. Oh and warning...this post is all kinds of out of chronological order but you'll get the picture. :-)
These next two pictures are really special to me because my Aunt Carmen (my Auntie - my dad's sister) made this blanket for me when I was little. She said it took her 4 years to finish it but she did it! She told me that all she wants is for me to take pictures of Ella on it wearing the little onesie that says, "My Auntie love me." So, here they are....

Last week we went to Napoli's Italian Restaurant for Jackson's 5th birthday.
Ella & Aunt Kim...

Pappy (Ella's great grandfather) & Ella

We went for a walk at the park by our house again and Ella seemed to like the swings a lot more this time.

Can you tell...LOL

Friday, Sept. 18th was my 32nd birthday and boy did I have a great one this year (not that they aren't all great) but I got to go to dinner several times and I love going out to eat! Last year my birthday fell right after hurricane IKE so it was kindof somber a little like right after 9/11 too but we still had fun and I got to go out to eat with my family one night and my friends another night.
Now back to this year...Chris and Ella took me out to a Brazilian Steak house in the Woodlands called Guri Do Sul. I got to dress up which I never get to do anymore and also got to dress Ella up too! The food was so incredibily delicious but we were so full! We tried to watch a movie when we got home but passed out by 10pm because we were so full. We did the best thing to do when you are too full to sit up...we laid down and let it go straight to our butts!
We also went to Hook, Line & Sinker Sunday night with both of our families and had a wonderful time visiting (forgot to take pictures...go figure). Then Tuesday, my wonderful momma took me to our favorite lunch spot (pappadeaux) for my birthday and Tuesday night my amazing girlfriends and I met up at Hido Grill and sat around the hibachi grill and got our dose of laughter! Thank you so much everyone for making my birthday so special as usual!
Oh and I almost forgot that Chris bought us tickets to go see Creed & Staind at the Woodlands Pavillion for our birthdays. It was really fun and Blake & Leah came along with us! Staind was AWESOME and Creed was great but they didn't play very many of my favorite songs. But, all in all it was a really fun night and we had a great time!
They surprised me with a homemade tres leches cake at the end of dinner...Ella wanted some!!!

Me & my baby bear!

I think these pictures were from the evening before my birthday. I caught Ella watching her daddy outside on the phone smiling at him and taking to him through the window.

Ella eating her morning O's in the evening.

Saturday morning we just hung out and did the regular stuff we always do. Ella was showing me that she had her "I Love Mom" jammies on. These have to be some of my most favorite jammies she has and go figure...they are hand-me-downs!

I love going into her room and seeing her peeking over the railing of her crib!

We keep jumping back and forth here but these are a few pics from Friday...my birthday and Ella sitting outside after coming back from the car dealership and getting my oil changed and tires rotated and her taking me to lunch at la madeline. :-)
It was the best darn birthday gift ever!
She was trying to eat a leaf here...

See that one leg propped up? She sits like that all the time!

Now on to the meaning behind the title of this post...Momma Lowry has been hording so many pictures of our family!!! I got her camera a couple weeks ago to upload them to my computer so that I could download them to snapfish to use in making her annual calendar and holy moly there were close to 400 pics of Ella & Ethan dating back from March! And there are some greats ones too! It would take me days to post all of them so here are just a couple recent ones...
This one is from Pappadeaux last month for Leah's birthday.

These next few are from a couple Sunday's ago when Granny & Poppa came over
to visit and have dinner with us. We watched the Texans get stomped by the Jets and their rookie quarterback and brand new head coach. Ella got to wear her other Texans onesie that I bought her back when I was pregnant.
Chris called me into the living room from the kitchen to see that Ella's hair band had slid up on her head...she didn't even notice it was on her head either...she looked so cute!

I LOVE these next couple of Chris and Ella watching the Texans!
Can you feel the excitement? LOL Can you tell how much we love the Texans and how excited we get to watch them every Sunday!
and the disappointment after they break our hearts?! :-(
But then we move on and play and hopw that they win the next game and they did...they beat those Titans and then lost again! :-(

This week Ella has let go of the table or whatever she is holding on to at the time and stood on her own for a couple seconds and Chris said she took a step and then sat down once too! She will just stand there holding something for several seconds and then realize she is standing with no support and sits down.
These are from Granny's camera...

Most of you know that this is my baby pillow that my mom received at her baby shower for me. So, I've had it for 32 years now and yes, I still sleep with it. I know you are probably thinking I have security issues but it's just really soft and if you know me, you know I LOVE soft things and like to rub them. I don't take it to work with me or anywhere out of the house...it just stays in the house and I sleep with it. It's been recovered and restuffed several times but the outside edges are the original. Well, Ella is a "chip off the old block" according to her Poppa!
She likes to rub the corner of my pillow while I am nursing her. :-)

She really just likes to rub on anything that is soft while she is nursing and holds on to one of 4 little blankets when she goes to sleep for naps and at night.
I love my little sugar bear!
By the way...she is wearing her little "Grandpaw's little cupcake" onesie that her Aunt Tweet bought her in the picture below...thanks Aunt Tweet!

NOTE: I have been working on this post for at least two weeks now and it has taken me forever because I had so many pictures but even longer because I have 3 of cutest (in my opinion of course) videos to show you but have had a really hard time uploading them to my blog! I finally got one to upload of Ella swinging...beware you might get dizzy...
I'll have to keep trying to upload the other two but as for now this one will have to do for your episode of Ella TV.
