Ella's first Valentines Day

This past weekend was a busy one (as usual). Just like the past 3 or 4 Friday nights we hung out, watched a movie and ordered in Chinese. We've been sitting on our back patio a lot lately on the weekends and Ella loves it outside! This was Friday after I got home from work...

I think this Dr. Seus "HOP on POP" onesie is one of our favorites yet! And it's a hand-me-down too!!!
Although we think our baby bear looks beautiful in any color, we think she looks exceptionally cute in green!!!

Baby bear snoozin
I'm kind of going backwards here but this is from Tuesday night this week before her bath.
Look at that tummy! I love this picture!
Marilyn finished Ella's room last week and we LOVE it! It is so beautiful and it just feels so calm in her room. This is the book shelf Marilyn has made for us in which Chris' Grandma Glenda so graciously paid for! Marilyn painted the "E" on the top of the bookshelf and we finally have somewhere to put all of her books and little keepsakes!!

Another view...

Here's the amazing mural that Marilyn drew on the wall for us. Lucky Doodle was checking it out too!
We knew we wanted a bear since she is our little Ella Bear or Baby Bear and then since I love butterflies so much, Marilyn drew a butterfly on the bear's nose.
and a pretty little butterfly on the wall above the light switch. Thank you so much Marilyn for making her room so precious...just like her!

This has become a Sunday ritual...Daddy and Ella Bear take a nap after she eats around 10am while I do the laundry and other things around the house. They look even more alike when they are sleeping!
I could have watched them sleeping the whole day...but then we'd have nothing to wear (who would do the laundry LOL)
This was Ella Bear's first Valentine's Day...
I love this little look...oh who am I kidding...I love all of her looks.:-) Boogers and all!
She wore her little "I Love Mommy outfit with hearts all over it that Granny gave her for Christmas.
We get to wear this one again around 6 months since her Aunt Pamela gave her the same outfit but in a larger size...it's another favorite!

We went to Clay's restaurant on Clay Rd. for Roman Alexander's 1 Year old Birthday Party!!!
I can't believe he is already 1 years old! It seems like yesterday when Chris and I went up to the hospital to help welcome him into this world.

Me and Roman's "Big Sister", my little Sofia who will be 4 years old in March!
"Yeah, it's my birthday, I can stick my fingers in my cake and get it all over my face whenever I want!"
Grandma took Ella Bear over to see the animals...
She was ready to ride her first horse...
With Grandma's help of course.
Once we got home from Clay's, me & Ella Bear hung out together before Chris and I did our Valentine's Day thing...

Valentine's Day at Hiro Sushi Bar
This is Hiro making our sushi...it was sooooooooooooooooooooooo GOOD!
For those of you who like to eat awesome sushi, Hiros is a small little sushi bar on Hwy 6 in between W. Little York and 529 in the same Parking lot as Bed, Bath & Beyond. They are all so nice there and the food is totally awesome! This was our second time going there...the first time was Chris and my first time out without Ella back in late November.
Jumping back to Sunday again, we went over to Uncle Blake & Aunt Leah's for dinner with my family. Aunt Leah is getting ready to have that sweet little Ethan very soon. She is going to be 36 weeks this Saturday!!!

Here are two videos where Chris is teaching Ella how to say "I LOVE YOU." They are very similar...

She's growing so fast! I want a little girl. I think that will be my mantra every time I comment on your blog. :)
