I have never considered myself to be an eloquent writer so forgive me if I ramble on and sound like a corney greeting card. Today is our 2 year wedding anniversary and man, these last 2 years have flown by. It seems like just yesterday that I stepped out of the doors at the Cypress Chateau to see my one and only true love at the end of the walk way anxiously waiting for me to become his wife. Now it has been two years and we have a beautiful baby girl. It's completely different this year (better) because we have this amazing child of God that was made by us and through our love for one another...I still can't believe it sometimes! OK back to our wedding anniversary.
I remember thinking I would be so embarrassed to walk down the isle with everyone starring at me but I totally had tunnel vision and I didn't see anyone else but Chris smiling at me. A kiss on the forehead, a pat on the boodie (LOL), a voice message on my phone or an email just saying that he loves me...they all still give me butterflies in my stomach. He is my rock, my best friend and the love of my life. I love him more and more with each passing day and I couldn't imagine my life without him...he is a wonderful husband and an amazing father and I couldn't ask for anything more than that in life! I am so blessed and thankful to get to celebrate each passing year with him and I can't wait to celebrate a lifetime of anniversaries of our wedding day!
I'll have some pictures from dinner later this week...it's a surprise dinner tonight after work and the place was recommended by our wonderful friends Theresa & Danny.
